Bob Lowrey, the principal architect of the firm, is respected as one of the premier architects on South Carolina’s Grand Strand. Bob’s design vision has been cultivated by his broad experience working throughout the United States. He received his Bachelor of Architecture at Louisiana State University and his Master of Science in Architecture from Clemson University. He has project management, design, and drawing production experience in architectural firms in Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and South Carolina.

Bob is a member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA), the South Carolina AIA and South Carolina Grand Strand AIA and has served as past President of the South Carolina Grand Strand AIA. He is licensed to practice architecture in South Carolina. Reciprocal registration has been granted in North Carolina, Georgia and New Mexico. He is also registered through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
